Govt orders probe into ragging allegation made by Plus II first year student of RD Women's Higher Secondary School

The Rama Devi Women's Higher Secondary School in Bhubaneswar has been asked to investigate an allegation of ragging made by a first-year student against her three hostel roommates. The student claims that she was insulted and harassed by her roommates, who allegedly made derogatory comments about her caste and asked her to separate her belongings from theirs. The school has formed an inquiry committee to look into the matter, while the department of higher secondary education has been asked to provide a factual report on the allegations.
