German Consul General Backs 'Udaan - Football for Her' Empowerment Project

"Udaan - Football for Her" is an innovative initiative by the "Anahat For Change Foundation" and MICRO to empower young girls, especially survivors of gender-based violence, in Murshidabad district. Supported by the German Consul General, the project aims to combat child marriage, trafficking, and gender-based violence while providing knowledge and life skills. With a focus on women's empowerment, the initiative seeks to create a secure environment for women and girls. The event includes a documentary screening to raise awareness about trafficking.
