NHRC notice to Telangana, Education Ministry, UGC over Hyderabad college raggin

The National Human Rights Commission has issued notices to the Education Ministry, Telangana government and the University Grants Commission after a college student was allegedly ragged, assaulted and compelled to raise religious slogans.
