Kerala HC quashes KUFOS VC appointment; 'UGC norms prevail over state's law'

A division bench comprising chief justice S Manikumar and justice Shaji P Chaly held that the appointment of K Riji John as the vice chancellor of KUFOS, overlooking the UGC Regulations, cannot be sustained under law.
